Hi I’m Katherine and I’m looking for somewhere in Manhattan but flexible on neighborhood. I love movies/tv and art so spend a lot of time going to museums and at the movies. I work from home full time in marketing and fundraising for nonprofits. I’m generally organized and clean, especially in shared spaces. I like to cook once or twice a week. Would like to be friends with my roommate, but also fine with just respectfully sharing the space.
