Looking for a Female Only Roommate - Minutes Away from Downtown Houston

Hello, my name is Jasmin and I'm looking for a roommate that can move into my furnished 3bed 2 bath home. The room is already furnished. It has a queen-size bed and a nightstand. You have your own bathroom and be on the other side of the house so we won't be near each other. It has a dining room area, washer/dryer room, and a nice backyard. All I ask is to clean up after yourself (clean the kitchen after cooking, pick up after yourself, etc.) and keep the bathroom clean. I do have maids come and clean the home once a month.
