Private Room with Private Bathroom in Our Spacious Home + Pool

Hi! We’re looking for a clean, respectful, and organized female roommate to join our quiet, friendly household.

We live in a lovely 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a spacious living room, big kitchen, and a beautiful swimming pool in the backyard. The house also has off-street parking, central A/C and heating, a washer, dryer, and dishwasher, everything you need for comfortable living.

You’ll have your own private room and bathroom, with no shared walls with anyone else’s bedroom. The room is tucked between your bathroom and the office, so you’ll have plenty of privacy.

Right now, it’s just the three of us: a young married couple (I run an online business, my husband works in production) and our male friend who works in color correction. Two of us work from home, so we’re quiet, respectful, and mindful of each other’s space. One bedroom is used as an office.

The house is in a super convenient location, just a 5-minute drive to CSUN and a 2-minute drive to the 405 freeway.
