This second floor unit is available starting September 1st, 2021 and we'll sign a 9 or 12 month lease from then. The place has a living, dining / kitchen, large bathroom, and 2 bedrooms with beautiful natural light. Your room is highly spacious with two big sunlit windows, personal closet, and lots of walking space. If you're someone working from home, this is a great spot. The apartment has all the amenities you need (dishwasher, laundry, in-unit AC). Our neighbors are all young people in their 30s and have been here for a while.
