It's a 2350sqft house, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (you'll be sharing with 1 other person), the bedroom is decent sized 11x12, on a super quiet street, plenty of parking, near bus line, nice deck, totally private backyard, the house backs to the lake. Walking trails at the lake too! I have a private hot tub too! I do have a current roommate. Just me and another live here. NOT looking for a couple, looking for a single, preferably male. We're pretty easy going, stay pretty active, and super chill. No smoking in the House (you can smoke outside), drinking is fine. No hard drugs here please. My roommate usually just chills in his room. We have two super cool lab/Pit mixed who are 5 years old and 7 years old. They're pretty well behaved and total lovers. Please, no other pets (unless in a cage in your room like a hamster gerbil bird fish). Plenty of storage here.

Trader Joe's is a 5 minute walk. I'm near 196th & 99, so everything is close!
Rent: $1100 mo plus we split the utilities in thirds to make it cheap.
