I have a single room upstairs in my house for rent at $600.00 per month plus utilities; or you can rent the entire upstairs, which includes 2 bedrooms plus a bathroom, at $1,000.00 per month plus utilities; no smokers, not even outside, no drugs; single pet only if you clean up after them. Large backyard, parking available, separate HVAC system, shared WIFI, you provide your own phone and cable, washer and dryer on premises, shared common spaces such as kitchen, dining room,lounge, etc. I live on the ground floor and do not go upstairs. Rooms have beds and furniture. Candidate would need to be clean, relatively quiet, and responsible.
