~About the place:
· $1275/month. 1 room available in 2bed1bath apartment. Water & Heat included.
· Utilities-Electricity, Gas and Internet will be shared with me
· Move-in: November 1st, 2020
· Super, Elevator and Laundry Unit (Washer/Dryer) in the building
· Spacious Foyer + Living room/kitchen. (check out the photos)
· All necessities are available with 2 to 5 minutes’ walk – Deli, Grocery Store, Subway, Restaurants, Bars, Liquor shop, or Pharmacy.

~About your stay:
· The living room, Foyer and kitchen areas are pretty spacious given the most apartment you will see in Manhattan.
· I’ve recently bought most of the furniture for living room (Guest beds/Couch/TV/Dinning tables and chairs etc.) which I’m happy to share with you at no additional cost but only expect cleanliness
· Currently another roommate is living but upon vacancy the room will be unfurnished.

~About me:

· I work at Columbia University Medical Centre
· Mostly out for work during the day time
· Outgoing and board games lover but will also take care of your privacy
· I’m pretty chill about most of the things but no smoking inside the apartment

So yeah, I’m looking for clean, responsible and respectful individual.
