I’m 23 and a second-year BSc Physics student with Augusta University. I personally feel like I’m pretty clean, quiet, and easy to work with. In my free time, I like playing instruments (they have headphone plugs so they’re not audible), occasionally working out, being outdoors, reading, and decorating.

I have a girlfriend who would be coming over often, otherwise I keep social visits to a minimum.

Looking for clean roommate(s) (up to 3) around my age, who are interested in renting out a house for more independence and space than an apartment could provide.

I have a guaranteed steady income and can handle about 700$ before utilities. My current lease ends May 30th, and I’d like to move in by then, but I can be a little flexible with the date. I’m extremely flexible with the area of the house and the house itself.
