I have 1 room to rent in my home in Middle Village, Queens, NY. It’s a quiet area with plenty of street parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. We have local shops and a park two blocks away. Down the street is the Q38 bus that will take you to 63rd Drive Queens Blvd. for all trains going to Manhattan. The Q38 also takes you to the M train to Manhattan. The room is furnished with bed, dresser, A.C. and TV. Wifi is included in rent, as utilities. My new roommate will have access their own private bathroom and laundry room. Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay at least six months, and a non smoker.
