I am early retired software engineer of 30 years. 53 years old male with a well behaved 1.5 year old German Shepperd who is a trained service dog who never goes upstairs.

I live by myself in a large 2600 sf home in the upscale Teravista community in Georgetown. Newer house built 10 years ago and has all the nice amenities, fully furnished with fine Italian leather sofas, hotel style bed, large smart TVs with all the stream apps, 1G fiber internet connection, fully stocked kitchen for home chefs like myself, big back yard with bbq grill. The Teravista community for residents has 3 nice swimming pools, plenty of trails, parks, water fountains, a gym, a golf course and a clubhouse.

Looking for a professional male or female to rent half of my house for 3+ months. Living by yourself on the second floor with 2 queen bedrooms, your own full bathroom, your own living room area, and dining. Upstairs measures about 1200 sf, it is very private. Parking is on the driveway. The only shared space will be the kitchen and laundry room downstairs. Its pretty much having 1/2 of the house for yourself upstairs.

I live on the first floor where the master bedroom. Shared space will be the kitchen, laundry room and front door.
