In this house, there are two rooms available for rent. The 4th room is not big enough for an adult, so it would be an office, which is good if you need to work from home like myself :). The interior is remodeled and very spacious. The common areas are all fully furnished, you would just need to provide your own furniture for your room. A lot of this is open for discussion so please don't be afraid to reach out and have a conversation... I'm very friendly and looking forward to meeting my future roommate!!
For me, a typical day is chill. My work schedule is different so I'd be working from the afternoon to nighttime. Sometimes I work from home at night. In the morning I'll usually go out to run my errands (gym, groceries, etc). After work is very relaxing. If we sound compatible reach out!!
