This is a quiet, secure, well maintained condo building of condo owners. A 1 Bedroom 1 bath suite available Dec 29th, or earlier, overlooking Centennial Lakes Park in Edina. Lease is 6 months and ends in June 2026. Half the rent is $1200 per month. Heat, water, Xfinity TV and fast fiberoptic Wifi is included.
Electricity is not included but we will share the cost (which is lower in the winter. )
Lease includes 1 bedroom with huge walk in closet and on suite bathroom. Bathroom has jacuzzi tub, shower, two sinks, and separate toilet area.
Mini Fridge in kitchen can be yours while leasing and there is a private door to the deck in the bedroom.
