Garden Paradise - looking for Roommate

The house is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath single family home in a lovely HOA neighborhood. It’s on the corner across the street from an elementary school, a park and Open Space trail. From Memorial Day through Labor Day the neighborhood pool is open. You’ll be staying in the fully furnished Primary Suite, with a private full bath and a walk-in closet on the second floor. The windows overlook the back yard. The king-sized bed is incredibly comfortable. Two bedside stands, a reading chair with ottoman, a desk and chair, a bookshelf and an armoire with a basic smart TV occupy the room. There are duplicate sets of bedding and towels.

On the main floor you will find a powder room (half bath), a living room with an electric fireplace, the kitchen and dining rooms. There is a two car garage, however it is not currently available. There is plenty of on-street parking. The half basement contains the laundry machines, the utility room, and a partially-finished room I use for art projects, although if you need dedicated office space you could rent it for an additional $200/,mo. The second floor contains your suite (large bedroom with vaulted ceiling, full bath, walk-in closet), as well as two small bedrooms and a full bath for the owner.
