Roommate Needed for Murray Hill/Manhattan/NYC Apartment - $2,325/month

Roommate is moving out once our lease is up so I am looking for someone to take his place for the new lease. New lease will start August, but you’d be able to move in for July.

Some details about the place:
-Your share of rent will be $2,325/month plus half of utilities/internet
-Large true two bedroom located in Murray Hill within walking distance of Grand Central
-Bedrooms big enough for queen sized bed plus desk, dresser, bookcase, and other furniture (your bedroom in picture - will NOT come furnished)
-Bedrooms have small balconies and a lot of natural light
-Large galley kitchen with a ton of storage space, updated appliances, and a gas stove
-Fully furnished living room (pictures are from original listing, we have better furniture)
-Building has an elevator, virtual doorman, and laundry in the basement
-Fantastic value, we’ve never had a problem with the unit, building/landlord, nor neighbors

About me:
-27 year old guy working in finance
-Very courteous, keeps the shared space clean, has people over on occasion but gives roommate a heads up
-Enjoys cooking, video games, the outdoors, stand up comedy, hanging out with friends/family, reading, etc.

About you:
-Preferably someone around the same age (20s/early 30s)
-No pets
-Typical good roommate qualities
-Not a serial killer
