Hi, I’m Paul! I grew up playing 11 years of baseball, turned to fitness following high school and have pursued health/wellness since so I’m sure to be neat and orderly! Health/wellness is more than physical but mental as well, keeping me respectful and cognizant of others.

I have one dog, Bernadette, who is a sweet heart of a basset hound. She’s house trained, loves both in/out-doors, people and other pets. I work with her regularly on all the basics commands she already knows to stay fresh, as well as new tasks to keep her challenged.

As having roommates can go, I wouldn’t expect everything to go perfectly 100% of the time. If/when heads butt, my goal would always to talk things out with understanding/compassion, and work towards a common solution.
