I am consistent with my routine. While I do spend a decent amount of time in the apartment, I like to be out and active. I am clean and organized, but not crazy. I just like a respectable living space. Not looking for anything in a roommate particular. I just ask that you're respectful and kind enough to the situation. Overall, I am quite easy to live with.

Apartment is in great location (subway and bus right outside). 2 Bed, 2 Bath, the apartment was refurbished and updated a couple years ago. It is still in great shape. Washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher as well.
Listing is for 1 room with a private bath. Rent is $5,000. I am hoping for new roommate to do even split while I will cover energy and internet (only bills at the moment). Price is negotiable though.
