I’m out of lease here and currently paying extra $ for being month to month so I’m open to signing a new lease with someone as well.

YOU: You will have a private bathroom and bedroom. Your bed/bath is actually bigger than my master. The apartment is split floor plan giving you plenty of privacy. You’ll be expected to help clean, clean up after yourself and have an understanding of mutual respect and be drama free.

ME: I am tatted, been in AZ 31 years, 420 friendly. I currently work from home full time and have a schnauzer/cocker spaniel. My dog is friendly with other dogs but no cats, sorry. When I’m not working, I’m watching tv, hanging out with my dog or out with friends/family. Usually I’m pretty quiet and chill. The complex here is usually also very quiet too.
