it's available any day for viewing, from 11am to 7pm ( PRIVATE) bedroom. Shared kitchen, bathroom, living room & stove, fridge, microwave. In a three bedroom apt. Deposit is $650. I am the lease holder, 1 biracial male roommate. I accept PAYPAL & Cash- receipt. And you'll have to write a letter, it's an agreement letter, not a lease. Indicating that you agree to our arrangement. Meaning, to deposit $650+ the $1300 In which you'll give me the $1300 before the first of every month, for the room. You'll copy the letter, sign it & address it to me. You can make a letter of your own, or you can make a copy of the letter that I already have, & just put it in your words. But basically, it's just stating when you plan to move in, with all your belongings. And how long do you plan on staying? You'll put in month to month, even if you want to stay six months to 1 year. I have a receipt book, so everything covers us both. Say you want to stay six months to 1 year. I do month to month, just in case of emergency, whereas I or renters...have an emergency, & have to leave & break the agreement letter. And present updated ID.
