Beautiful Apartment in Luxury Apartment, Midtown West

About the space: The space is a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment, with fully furnished shared space. We have a full kitchen, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc. We have all of the furniture and home gadgets we need to live comfortably. We have one shared balcony, and the other is located in the master bedroom. The 2 other bedrooms share a bathroom.
The building is a beautiful and comfortable space. We have a gym, pool, doorman, and all other amenities you would expect from a luxury building. We are conveniently placed near port authority train station, and Hudson yards. We are one block from the west river and lifetime fitness club. The area is very safe both day and night, since it is farther west there is little to no homeless population. The building offers dry cleaning and laundry services, as well as package concierge. Conclusively, it is a very comfortable space to live in. The building does not allow smoking indoors, it does allow pets but for a fee.
For roomates, me and my other roomate Ruby are very laid back. We often spend our nights watching TV together, and do enjoy going out on the weekends. We only expect that our new roomate splits utility costs and costs of shared items equally, and helps to keep the apartment clean. We are typically not very loud, and we are respectful of our roomates preferences for noise, quiet hours, etc.
