I own the home so will always be responsive and want to keep it in the best condo on possible and take pride in the space!
I’m clean but not obsessive- floors and bathrooms and sinks are always immaculate. I’m not going to freak over books on a table or a pillow or water cup out of place!
I work a lot at my studio about 10 mins away. Home is for relaxing and having fun, not into parties but of course I understand you might want a house warming or a bday or have occasional friends over (1x per month)
I have two tiny hairless cats (no shed, almost zero allergens, they also eat a special food that reduces allergies further (note I’m allergic to normal cats so no BS here on the allergy concerns, a normal cat would send me to the hospital, these allergy miracles have been the same for 80% of my friends with 20% still having sensitivities)
So no more pets but if you like animals in a very clean house (cats get a bath one a week too, seriously) you can have all the benefits with zero responsibility (but beware they are super friendly and enjoy playing fetch)
I might have a glass of wine with dinner but mostly into Pilates, running, and only drinking lightly outside of the home in a social manner.

PDR rooms for rent!
Furnished with brand new queen bed and matress (same brand I sleep on sooo comfy)
You have your own bathroom that’s upstairs next to bedroom so essentially private. Window can have AC unit added but if moving in in the fall TBD if you will need.
8 blocks from beach
New bathroom floors, wallpaper, toilet and sink, new floors in your room.
Hardwood floors upstairs and downstairs
12 min drive from Marina Del Rey and 10 mins from LAX

Two tiny extremely friendly hairless cats that get baths every week and sleep in my room-
If you want to do your own large furniture it’s okay but if that is the case it would need to be more than 6+
Looking for a friendly professional and clean roomie! If we get a long well nothing better than making a new friend.
I occasionally have friends come over to usually walk to the beach and one in a while watch some season finales (white lotus)
Only rules are
Don’t let the cats out
No shoes inside!
Dates are okay if we talk to each other about it to be safe / respectful - boyfriends, a guy from the bar on a 3rd date, or friends staying for multiple days in a row are a no go! I plan to give you heads up and promise to take care of things professionally and efficiently :)
