The house is located in Little Italy in the Bronx - tons of Italian restaurants, coffee shops, butchers, bread stores, fish stores, the Bronx Beer Hall, Clinton Hall bar, Mexican and Albanian restaurants. Very close to laundromat and supermarkets.

10 minute walk to Metro North to Grand Central (18mins on the train). 15 minute walk to D/4 trains at Fordham Road.

Roommates/ housemates (separate apartment on ground floor) include teacher, filmmaker, and college student.
