Tom V - $1,500/month

I’m a professional in the tech industry who is looking for a long term situation, preferably either in the Greenpoint or Williamsburg neighborhood. I work regularly full time during the week from Mondays - Fridays, usually from 8am to 4pm, but sometimes that changes. That also means that I’m an early bird during the week and a night owl on the weekends.

I am a clean, neat and quiet person who is friendly (I make friends with everyone). I am a pretty private person a lot of the time but can also be social when necessary; think introvert with social skills.

I don’t mind occasional minimal social events but prefer chill nights for the most part; mostly because I get up so early for work.

I consider myself pretty open minded and humble with a great sense of humor. I am good with either a reclusive living situation or one that leads to lasting friendships.

Oh and most importantly, I pay my bills on time and have good credit.

I hope to meet my future roommate soon.
