Hi ,I'm Olivia, I was born in Nigeria but spent most of my time raised in the Bronx, NY

I am coming from living by myself in a 1 Bedroom apartment , I am looking for a 2 bd/ 2 bath. I have had terrible experiences with roommates in the past so I'd really want to make sure we are a good fit.

I consider myself clean. My room will probably be messy here & there but clean common areas is a must. I am super understanding if plates are left overnight once in a while , or we are both busy and the common area is a little messy once in a while. I am not a neat freak , but i like my apartment to look & smell good.

I am 4/20 friendly. I don't mind keeping it to my room/bathroom. cigarette smoke however I cannot stand.

I have friends come over every now & then. Communication is key , I don't mind guests but please just let me know & I will do the same.

I prefer living with someone ethnic because I do cook sometimes & can't have you side-eyeing my food lol!

We don't have to be best friends but i want to live with someone I get along with. I work from home sometimes , currently working in finance.

I consider myself pretty easy-going, pretty chill. I do play music a lot !!

I hate the cold & will not have a cold apartment :/

Good hygiene is a MUST!!! i cant deal with any type of odor. We can be on a cleaning schedule if it helps . I haven't lived with a roommate in some time so it will definitely take some adjusting for me , but i think i am ready to find the right match. I do not have a specific move in date but i am looking to find a place this year.
