Hello!
I have a two-bedroom apartment. I am converting my second bedroom into a space for a roommate. It comes with a new super comfy bed, desk, and storage for anyone needing a place to stay, whether for a few months, or longer. Utilities are included and street parking is plentiful. Laundry services are also available on-site. You would share kitchen and bathroom access with me. I run my own business and am in and out of the house all day. The location is ideal - a 10 minute walk from downtown Burlingame and CAL Train. Millbrae station is a 5 minute drive away. There are grocery stores within a 15 minute walk from the house, as well.
