Large Bedroom Available in Great East Village Location (in 4 Bed 2 Bath Apartment)

I’m relocating to London for work and am looking for someone to take over my lease starting March 1st. Current lease runs thru June 30th, but my roommates are likely planning to renew for at least another year.

One large bedroom available in a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in a great East Village location. Bedroom comfortably fits a Queen sized bed, desk, dresser/TV stand with room to spare.

I’m open to leaving all furniture currently in the room, including the air conditioner, 32” TV, desk, shelves, Queen bed frame & mattress/box spring (if interested).

Roommates are 2 females & 1 male all in their mid-20s and employed/working in Manhattan.
