Upper Kirby Mansion/Resort - Rooftop Deck+Pool+Hot Tub

I’m Thomas (30) and I’m looking for a roommate. Move-in date is flexible. Rent is $1200, utilities included. Here are some features:

• Extremely large house: 4600 sq ft
• Spacious rooftop deck – four stories high – view of downtown Houston
• Private living room – exclusive to you
• Private bathroom
• Amazing amenities – fireplace, wine cellar, pool, hot tub
• Fantastic location – walk to sushi (Oishii), coffee (Bebidas), or brunch (Tiny Boxwoods)
• Two bus routes in walking distance
• Free Parking and has W/D

You would have the third floor of the house that includes its own living room. I operate a boutique hotel/resort through guesthouses on the property – guests do not ever have access to the house or amenities other than the pool and hot tub. I live with my girlfriend (Alex), so including you there would be three people total in the house. We have two dogs, Maya (lab mix) and Sid (lab mix). They are both very friendly. The apartments behind us charge $1400/month for their cheapest studios!
