I'm laid-back but pretty organized, keep things clean, and don't smoke. I like a good mix of socializing and having my own time. In my free time, you'll find me trying new restaurants, gaming, hitting the gym, or reading.

My budget is roughly $2,300 and below, I'd prefer to be closer to $2,100 or below but can go as high as $2,300. Looking forward to finding a great place and good roommates in NYC!
