DOWNTOWN ROOMMATE WANTED: HUGE MASTER + ENSUITE (PETER ST)
Unit: 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms. Looking for a clean, respectful roommate who values a quiet home environment to recharge. The space is shared with one other person.
MOVE-IN DATE: April 1, 2026
PRICE: $1,550
Included: In-unit laundry, dishwasher, storage unit, building amenities (24/7 concierge, gym, BBQ area, summer pool).
Not included: Half of internet, insurance, electricity, and utilities.
Total rent for entire unit: $2,800
LOCATION: Peter St & Adelaide St W (10-minute walk to St. Andrew Station)
RENTAL TERMS: - Off-lease roommate. Rent paid to me. There WILL be a written roommate agreement. Not covered by RTA.
RELATIONSHIP TO UNIT: Current tenant
RENT CONTROL: - Rent increases MAY NOT be limited to guideline (Unit NOT lived in before Nov 15, 2018).
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: Proof of income, Credit check, Landlord references, Tenant Insurance, Last month’s rent deposit.
Additional Information: The room is a huge master with a private ensuite and large window. The rest of the condo is fully furnished.
There is a large grocery store on the ground floor and the area is surrounded by restaurants and gyms.
Vibe: Quiet after 10 PM. Hosting/occasional after-parties are fine with a heads-up. Smoking/420: 420 friendly on the balcony only. I personally do it very rarely; when I do, I am extremely careful about fragrance and scents to ensure the indoor air stays fresh. I am looking for a roommate who is equally mindful and keeps it strictly outside.
Deposit Info: A $400 key deposit is required. This is paid to the landlord to replace the deposit provided by the outgoing roommate. This is fully refundable at the end of your stay.
To lock it in: First/last ($3,100) + the $400 refundable deposit (paid to landlord; to replace outgoing roommate's deposit)
