My name is Jacob. I’m graduating this semester with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and currently living and working in Delaware. I’m planning to continue my education in radiologic (X-ray) technology while working full-time, so I’m pretty focused, responsible, and on a solid routine.

I’m clean, easygoing, and respectful of shared spaces. I don’t mind guests, I’m fine with pets, and I’m generally flexible as long as everyone’s considerate. I’m social and down to hang out, but I also value having a calm, comfortable place to come home to.

In my free time, I like running, lifting, and playing acoustic guitar. I’m looking to live with someone around a similar age (mid-20s), preferably another student or young professional who’s responsible and chill.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone who wants to sign a lease together, not join an existing setup.
