My name is Becca and my roommate Dexter and I have an extra room available in our large 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment located in Little India in north Chicago. In the apartment we have in unit washer & dryer, a dishwasher, and a small shared storage room. We are a 10 minute drive from Loyola University and have easy access to public transportation. Rent is $550, as well as your portion of the utilities (Gas, Internet, Electricity) which averages from $50-100 per month.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone between the ages of 20-35 that is responsible, friendly, tidy, and respectful of the way others like to live. We like to switch off doing chores sometimes & want someone who will clean up after their messes, and makes sure they are mindful of us as roommates and the other residents in the building. We are also looking for someone who communicates about guests/inviting friends over. Finally, I have two dogs and two cats, so we cannot allow any more pets.
