Hey everyone! I got a job in downtown Miami recently and I am looking for a 3rd roommate to apartment hunt with my friend and I.

I need my own room, preferably with a private bathroom, that has a move in date any time from late July to early August.

I work a hyrbid schedule and I enjoy painting, swimming, yoga and karaoke. I tend to go out on the weekends and I enjoy a good game night from time to time.

I am very respectful of boundaries and personal space. I like to keep common areas clean. I am open to splitting groceries and a cooking schedule for dinner. I am LGBTQ+ and 4/20 friendly. I’m all for open communication. I don't have guests over too often and will let you know in advance if I do.

Ideally, I'd like for us to be friends and feel comfortable being ourselves in our own home. Major plus if you'd like to be workout buddies; I could use the motivation.
