Hello! I am looking for roommate(s) to search for apartments with. My budget is flexible but hoping to stay in the $1.6K area. Looking for a place downtown (LES, East Village, Nolita, etc.) ideally in February.

I work in media full time and am clean, organized, and used to living with others. I’m very outgoing but also value my own time and space. I smoke socially, don’t have any pets, and prioritize keeping shared living spaces tidy. I’m hoping to be friends—or at least friendly—with my roommates!
