I sold my Nashville home last year in effort to minimize residential overhead. I am now in a two-bedroom, two bathroom apartment just off of Broadmoore in Nashville. It is a nice, quiet little spot with beautiful landscaping just mere minutes from the city. I have a miniature dachshund who is friendly and fun. Definitely, cleanliness of the place is a top priority, and I am otherwise pretty laid back/easygoing.
