Hello. I have a room available in my home located in Grandview, Missouri (Suburb of Kansas City, MO) My home has 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms. So, the potential person would have their own bathroom. The house comes equipped a deck with fire pit and hot tub, a finished basement with fireplace, game room area and 2 tv's. It also has a full bar and washer and dryer on site

The room is fully furnished and there is a home office with computer, printer and scanner. The bedroom is fully furnished with a full-size bed, dresser, nightstand, tv, and ceiling fan. I am withing walking distance to Longview Lake, a park and walking trails and within a few minutes' drive to shopping stores, grocery store and various resteraunts.
