I have a room to rent in my newly remodeled town house. I live on site toi. So it will be shared bathroom. I do have a half bath down stairs. We will share the kitchen too. Laundry is in the basement.
This is a non smoking or vapong house due to allergies.
I have a small non shedding dog. Must be a pet lover.
Your room can be furnished if you need it to be.
$750 rent plus half the utilities and half the chores.
