Hello, my name is Miriam and I am a very young, single 64 year old that is spiritual, active and kind.
I'm looking for a roommate to share a big and beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. I have a washer and dryer in the apartment and I will be paying all utilities. You would have use of the kitchen and common areas and I will make room in the refrigerator and the pantry for you.
My apartment is set in a gorgeous area of Northwest Hills in Austin, surrounded by nature but only 5 minutes from the Arboretum and 10 minutes from the Domain. I work from home so looking for someone that works outside the home or goes to school during the day. You will have a large bedroom with a brand new queen size bed, a walk in closet and your own bathroom with a soaker tub. Your bedroom has a wall of windows with a view of the forest. There is a large outdoor covered patio with seating and plants. I keep a beautiful home that is nicely furnished. I want my roommate to be tidy and clean after themselves. There is parking throughout the complex and, when needed, there is a space outside my attached garage. Because I work from home, I need my roommate to be on the quieter side during the day since I talk to clients on the phone for my job.
