Hi. I am a long time Austin resident, and artist. For fun I make YouTube video podcasts with local musicians. I work at a job full time 8:30am-5pm M-F. I'm in search of either a roommate situation in South Austin, Central Austin or East Austin Only. The living space Must be on the ground floor, I have major knee issues and cannot handle stairs a lot. Must be within a block of Capital Metro public transportation in Austin, as I have no car. Rent $650 or less with the bills included in the rent. In a roommate situation, I need to live with decent honest progressive liberal non religious, green friendly people over age 35 preferred. Also prefer no young children and Absolutely No Heavy Drinkers and the drama that comes with it. I like animals but have no pets of my own. Please email me so we can talk. Thank you
