Currently looking for a roommate to share a 3 bed/2 bath apartment with 2 others. Our current roommate has to move out, and you'd be taking over his lease through June with an option to renew.

About the Apartment:
The apartment is a huge 2-floor unit in West Lakeview. There's tons of closet space, central a/c and heat, in-unit washer/dryer, and dishwasher. The bedroom easily fits a queen size bed, nightstand dresser, and desk with room to spare. The apartment has a lot of open space (plenty of room for any furniture you have!), and the living room includes an electric fireplace. The landlord is awesome and really responsive. Street parking in the area is free and easy to find.

About Us:
Mike is 29. He works from home twice a week, and he likes playing video games, playing sports (he's in a couple soccer leagues), and going out to bars on the weekend. Super laidback and respectful of others' space/property.

Mark is 33. He's in his 3rd year of med school, so he's usually pretty busy, but with his free time he likes hanging out with his boyfriend and other friends, watching tv/movies, cooking, and traveling. You'd be sharing a bathroom with him.

We're open to guy or girl roommates. We just want to make sure we get along and have similar personalities (and cleanliness).

The Details:
Ideal move-in date is 1//19 1, but we can discuss starting sooner as well.
Rent is $1000/mo.
Utilities are roughly $80-$100 per month and that includes everything (electric, cable, gas, water, etc.)
Unfortunately, no pets.
