My current roommate is leaving for school. Her living space includes 1 bedroom with a large window and a walk-in closet. The space also includes your own bathroom which I will not use as well as an additional linen closet.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor, has a large, open shared living room and dining space, balcony, and kitchen with a dishwasher. The unit has a washer and dryer within.

Property ammenities include parking within the gated community, 7 pools and 6 hotjobs, a lake with access for kayaks, canoes, or paddleboards, a gym with multiple specialty areas including a rock climbing wall, a dog park, a trail around the lake for recreation, even a restaurant and bar.

I ask the potential roommate to please pay half of rent and additional fees ~$900, half of the Xcel energy bill ~$37, and lastly, half of the Xfinity internet bill ~$25.
