Available Room for Rent

I have a room with outside bathroom. The bathroom is yours but may occasionally be used by visitors thus must be kept clean. The room has a full bed and two side tables. It’s really a place to lay your head a a couple weeks. Perfect for those transitioning from one place to another and just need a place for a week or two ($220/w). Washer dryer in unit. Stocked kitchen and living room. I’m somewhat OCD and we can talk about what that entails. I’m pretty laid back as far as most things. It’s all about communication.
