It's a well-kept, gated complex with onsite parking, 3 onsite laundry rooms, and a pool. Please note that the leasing office performs background checks, and doesn’t accept applicants with any felonies. Complex allows well-trained dogs under 40 lbs. Pet fee is $35/mo. Hypoallergenic dogs are ok. No cats, please—I'm allergic.
