I want to live in a home environment with a couple to several people. I enjoy cooking and hanging out with my housemates. I'm tired of room shares where the person or couple living there expects to 'have their privacy' and all space to themselves except the room I pay for. It doesn't have to be a nightly party. I just want to feel at home with the people I live with. Going out for fun as a group of friends would be cool but I do have my own friends to do things with to. I wouldn't invade your lifestyle. I would hope my friends would be welcome to visit occasionally.

I work a very demanding job in Canoga Park during the week with frequent overtime. I'm ready to chill after. Conversation, music, meals get me ready for the next day.

I'm tidy and couldn't live in chaos. But I'm not a compulsive cleaner either. A lived in home is my best environment. I can live with males, females, couples, LGBTQ, cats and dogs. I'm straight myself and have lived with all the aforementioned before.

I would love off street parking, washer and dryer in the unit (that I am allowed to use which is not the case now!), a private bedroom and a private bath would be perfect. However, my main reason for leaving where I am currently is to feel a part of a friendly household and not "some guy in their house because they need the money".

I have a good income, enjoy hiking and music festivals. I practice circus arts for fun.
