Atlanta native living in Hamilton heights/Harlem. Lived here for 2 years with current roommate who is moving out to live with girlfriend. I am an analyst for a tech company but work primarily from home, so looking for someone who works in an office or just away from home. I'm pretty busy most days, very private and like to keep to myself so won't bother you. I don’t party and rarely have people over. I don’t cook often as I try to meal prep at the beginning of the week and workout in the early mornings. There are no pets here but considering a cat. About the Space
Large (12ft x 12 ft) room easily fits a queen size bed, desk and TV stand as shown in pics. Window looks out to riverside drive and neighboring rooftops. (No access to rooftop in building). The TV and couch in living room will most likely be gone as current roommate will take them with him. Elevator in building and laundry in the basement for a fee (Less than $5 to wash/dry a load of clothes). You'll get a personal mailbox key. Not included but currently have Spectrum TV and Utilities via ConEd. Generally run about 50-75/person a month depending on season. Walking distance to Riverbank State Park, a lot of bars, gyms, groceries and 3 blocks away from 1 train.
