Looking for a Roommate in the Brewery District of Ballard

We are looking for a third roommate to live in our townhouse in the brewery district of Ballard, a couple blocks away from Stoup! The three of us have been living here since July 2018, and one roommate is moving out to move in with her boyfriend. Her ideal move out date is at the end of March, but we can be slightly flexible for the right person.

The available room is on the third floor, sharing a floor with one other roommate. It's a spacious room with a walk in closet and your own private bathroom.

The house comes fully furnished besides the available bedroom, you're welcome to bring your own furniture for the communal areas as well and we'll find a space for it!

About us: We're two young professional transplants. While we only throw the occasional party, we are active socially and have a few friends over casually and often. Dave is 34 and work in biotech, he is originally from the Sacramento area. Jenny is 31 and is the director of a preschool, and is originally from Wisconsin.

Utilities are not included in rent and are split equally between us three ways.
