Just bought this condo and am looking for a 3rd roommate in a 3-bedroom, 3-bath house overlooking the Cruise Port, Miami Beach, and the Atlantic Ocean. Breathtaking views from this well furnished condo with the metro-mover steps away.

The condo is massive at 1,795 sq/ft (166.7sq/m) with the specific room you would be renting being 13ft x 11ft (4m x 3.3m). It includes an en suite bathroom for your private access and beautiful views to the north (FTX arena and the bay) and to the west (LoanDepot Park and MIA Int'l).

Condo comes with amazing amenities such as 3 pools, hot tub, well equipped gym, and group exercise classes.

Current Roommates:
1) Single gay professional working in banking, enjoys the gym, Netflix, going on cruise ship, and traveling the world about 50% of the time.
2) Single gay professional working a corporate job that requires extensive time on the road. Enjoys the gym, riding his scooter, going to the beach, and karaoke. Extremely clean and tidy and keeps the place looking amazing.

Will be painting the condo and making some upgrades once settled.

Rent $1,700 + $1,700 deposit. Parking is not included but can be for an additional $200 a month.
As this is a well established condo property, HOA will require an application with a fee of $100 to cover credit and background screenings.
