About the room
This room has a private bathroom in a nice townhouse community. My home is very peaceful and cozy.. Always in order and clean. Rent includes WiFi…Streaming…electric…water…washer and dryer…kitchen…and a covered carport. Also the room has a mini fridge. The room has 2 large closets that will not disappoint! The townhouse is very close to The Heights area and Oak Forest. This room is for one person..no couples and no pets. I have two small cute dogs that are hypoallergenic. They are at the townhouse 50% of time. No smokers please….. I’m 3 miles outside 610 loop…close to Interstate 10 and right by 290….10 minutes from Galleria…9 miles from Memorial area. There is a Metro Bus line right in front of the complex. Security is on premises.

I work Mon-Fri 8am -5pm…Gone on most weekends. Looking for someone who is clean…mature…responsible, considerate and respectful. No drugs or heavy drinkers. I am quite, relaxed and an outgoing person who is friendly and respects one’s privacy.
