Our apartment has three bedrooms, a spacious window-filled living room, a separate dining area, and a large sit-in kitchen. It's two blocks away from the 125th 4/5/6 express train, and walking distance from Central Park, Central Harlem, and Columbia University. It's a corner apartment and gets great light (plus beautiful sunsets!), and has 5 large closets, with overhead space.
Two of the bedrooms are occupied. The room that's available is the largest room in the apartment (king-sized, with a walk-in closet). Our common space is fully furnished, with a TV, dining table, several seating areas, and lots of plants & art!
We have a dishwasher and window AC units. We're in a relatively small building (12 units) with kind and quiet neighbors. We love our apartment and are looking for someone who is a good roommate match -- we are friendly, not too noisy but always down for a movie night, and are both passionate about progressive politics. We are looking for someone who is relatively clean, respectful, easy-going, and -- given the current pandemic -- thoughtful about public health/safety.
