Room for rent in cottage type house on Neshamity Creek

I rent an old cottage type house on the creek.. private area, only a few neighbors. My furnatue old, my decor includes many things from my past + my parents house. Nothing valuable, but nonetheless sentimentally valuable to me. Some say it feels like youre in a museum. Small private bedroom. Furn is old but adequet. Twin bed, dresser,cabinet, chair, tv stand + smart tv. Yi fi avail. Also still have a landline . Tv has some apps paid for + other free ones.Fully equipped galley kitchen, washer + dryer. Yard backs up to Neshamity creek. As long as u have license, fishing right in back yard. Lots of wildlife im not supposed to have pets, but I adopted 1 of the outside cats when it got sick 2 yrs ago. Hes now very good natured, friendly + a love, but only him.
Im a low key homebody, nice guy, have worked hospitality for decades. Non smoking household ( except 420). No other drugs or alcoholic behavior tolerated. Only easy going, low key, well mannered, responsible, considerate candidates. Prefer under 60 as I have some handicaps + need help maintaining house + yard. Someone with not alot of overnight guests. I love children but prefer someone without visiting kids. Own food, toiletries, incidentals, etc. Someone sociable, but has their own life. $700. Deposit . Looking for now. Males only. Prefer gay male. This is a 2 BR house, but only 1 bedroom + common areas avail. Includes great galley kitchen, laundry, a room which is used as living, dining, + cats playroom, plus a sunporch which looks out to back yard + creek.
Great location for traveling to various locations. Just off bristol pike (rt13) near cheapest gas around. 1 mile south of croyden train station,/10 min to 295 ramps on veterens hwy/ 15 min to pa tnpk entrance + 95 on bristol pike (rt13)/ 10 min to street rd. + 95 to philly.
