My parents moved into this apartment when I was a teenager. I moved to Florida for work in 1999. I came back to take care of my elderly mom which died from covid in 2020. Currently my son has been living in the apartment. He is 38 and had been living in Florida up to three years ago. I continue to keep the apartment ,because it is a great apartment with everything you need walking distance.
I have a degree in health care administration, and in business administration. My son went to college for business and also has real estate lic.
I am looking for a drug free no party roommate that is looking for a good and safe place to live with the comforts of everything you would need within a few blocks.
