Available Room for Rent

3 bedroom home in quiet Cul-De-Sac with Bi Weekly Housekeeping!!

My girlfriend and I are looking to rent the private master bed/bath in our 3 bedroom house!! We will be in one room on the opposite end of the house and we are keeping the other room vacant so we can all be comfortable! The house is furnished but the bedroom is not. The house has washer and dryer and all appliances!! Central AC and private driveway parking! The utilities average less then $150 a month which includes the washer and dryer, air conditioning, trash, wifi etc! We have 2 dogs but they will never be in or near your room.
